This policy covers the WinLux website at https://winlux.lparksi.com, operated by Lparksi. It does not describe the installed Windows application's processing. Contact: parksi@lparksi.com.

What this website processes

The pages, scripts, styles and screenshots are hosted locally on this website. We do not request your location, create accounts, or collect information through forms. Browser language preferences are read on your device to choose a language. A language you explicitly select is saved locally.

Google Analytics is disabled. No analytics script is loaded. The current website does not use advertising pixels or third-party embedded content.

Hosting and external links

When hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare receives network information such as IP address, requested URL and browser/network headers to deliver and protect the website. Hosting security and operational logs are separate from optional analytics. Their exact retention depends on the hosting service and enabled account settings. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Download, source, license and attribution links may take you to GitHub or other external websites. Those services receive your request when you follow the link and apply their own policies. GitHub downloads remain external so you can get the current upstream release.

Local preferences and optional analytics

See the Cookie policy for local preference storage, retention and controls. Language preferences remain until you remove site data. Analytics choices expire after 180 days. Rejecting analytics does not prevent using the site.

If Google Analytics is enabled later, accepting it permits requests to Google to measure page views and usage, including page URLs, browser/device information and identifiers, and transmission of your network address. Google may process information outside your country. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled by this site. A browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal prevents analytics here. See Google's privacy policy.

Your choices and requests

You can change or withdraw your analytics choice using Cookie settings in the footer, and clear language and consent preferences through browser site-data controls. Withdrawal stops future analytics and attempts to remove first-party Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and raise a concern with a relevant supervisory authority. Changes

We will update this policy before adding a new service or changing how data is used. The site operator must set and document analytics retention and account settings before enabling analytics.
